UPSC CDS, NDA & NA II 2025: 859 Vacancies Announced – Direct Link To Apply Online

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification to fill 859 posts for the UPSC CDS, NDA, and NA II 2025. The commission has introduced a new online portal for the registration of the Combined Defence Services Examination 2025 and the National Defense Academy and Naval Academy II Examination 2025. The newly launched portal to apply online is divided into four parts, which are account creation, universal registration, the common application form, and applying for numerous vacancies introduced by the UPSC. As per the rules and regulations, the common application form is usual for all and can be filled out anytime by the candidates. Applicants for NDAs must complete the application and attach their supporting documentation to the new portal. There will be no use for the outdated One Time Registration (OTR) module.

Educational Qualification:

• NDS II Army Wing: passed the 10+2 exam or are currently enrolled in any recognized Indian board.
• Air Force & Naval Wing: Completed or will be taking the 10+2 exam in math and physics
• Combined Defence Services: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or in the final year.

The candidate must have an undergraduate degree from a government-recognized university or board.

Negative Marking:

• There is a penalty for wrong answers in objective-type questions.
• Marks will be deducted for each incorrect response.

Question Paper Representation (QPRep):

• Candidates can raise objections about questions within 7 days of the exam date.
• Submit representations only through the QPRep portal: https://upsconline.gov.in/miscellaneous/QPRep/
• No other modes (email/post/hand) are accepted.

OMR Sheet Instructions:

• Use black ball pen only to mark answers.
• Do not use a pencil, gel pen, or ink pen.
• Ensure correct filling of Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code.
• Mistakes in encoding may lead to disqualification.
• Read the “Special Instructions” in Appendix II of the official notice carefully.
